We were in Moab for a short time and the hotel reception desk recommended this place. We ordered tacos someone else in our party ordered a burrito, and another person got enchiladas. All of our food was fabulous and prepared perfectly. It's a bit of a no-frills place and they definitely have a more authentic Mexican style (versus Tex Mex) which I truly appreciated. Their red hot sauce is practically perfect in every way, just spicy enough and a little sweet. They have a wide selection of meats to put in the tacos which was fun. I enjoyed the shredded beef tacos and the marinated chicken ones. Their hard shell tacos appear to be handmade versus just bought from a food supplier. Their soft shell tacos were excellent as well. Like really I hardly ever notice the quality of the actual tortillas but these were notable! The service was amazingly fast and very friendly. Locals seem to really like this place too which is always a testament to consistent quality and good food. Very happy we stopped by for a quick dinner. We ate outside which was great too because we have someone in our party with medical problems so we try to keep restaurant eating outdoors to avoid COVID. I just wish we could take this place home with us to the East Coast!!!
