Eating at On the Border in Longview, Texas, provided a pleasant experience with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was satisfactory, and although the queso served was initially lukewarm, it was quickly heated upon request and became a favorite among the table, prompting an additional order. The brisket and barbacoa tacos were enjoyable, complemented by fresh vegetable toppings, making it a satisfying choice for lunch.

I had a delicious meal at On The Border in Longview Texas with good food, atmosphere, and service, though a bit pricey, but I would definitely go back, with a so-so service experience, while preferring Papacitas for their homemade food and enjoying the alcohol at both places, especially liking the OTB brisket tacos and Barbacoa tacos, even though the beans were horrible, but overall pleased with the lunch choice, especially loving the hot queso and friendly service that we received, with the lukewarm thick queso being promptly reheated and enjoyed so much that we ordered an additional bowl, along with fresh veggie toppings on the beef tacos, making everything great and definitely worth a return visit.
