Had the catfish dinner, with fries and slaw! Yum! Wife had the chicken fried chicken. Chicken was real good, her mashed potatoes were cold. Gravy was good, needed a little more salt/ pepper but that was her taste maybe. Green beans were well seasoned.Roll was burnt. 😞
We also had the gizzards-great flavor and good and crunchy. We're pretty small gizzards.
Good bar choices, lots of specials too. Happy Hour Monday-Friday 3-6! Prices were very reasonable.
We will be back. We have heard about this place and their food.
Service was pretty good but we were there around 4:00, only had the bartender waiting so she got busy from time to time.
Can't wait to go back and try more!
Thanks to the great friendly staff. We enjoyed talking with them.
