The food here is consistently fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, with generous portions and a clean, casual dining environment that makes every meal enjoyable. Friendly staff enhance the experience, and dishes like the pho, spring rolls, and banh mi stand out as some of the best I've had in the Charlotte area, making it a destination I'll be returning to often.

This is our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in CLT. For a long time, I assumed it was because of the proximity to our house. Having eaten at almost every Vietnamese restaurant in the area, we always come back to Be's Noodles & Banh Mi. The crispy lemongrass pork is TO DIE FOR. The pho is great, the banh mi's are huge, and the vermicelli is enough for 2 people (not that I would ever share, even with Wifey). I can't forget the incredible service. This place is the best!
