Located inside the Hilton DoubleTree in Denver, Colorado, this establishment boasts a friendly bartender named Rose who has a knack for anticipating your drink preferences. Despite typically avoiding hotel restaurants, I found myself drawn to the varied menu offerings after a long day. The Brussels sprouts were a standout dish, complemented by the attentive service and pleasant atmosphere of the hotel bar.
