The California Burrito I discovered is an absolute revelation, easily surpassing anything I've had outside of San Diego. Stopping here after a hike on the 4th of July was serendipitous; the So Cal burrito and carnitas tacos were bursting with flavor, leaving me craving more. With fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere, this eatery has become a cherished spot for authentic Mexican cuisine that consistently leaves me in awe.

These are the best gorditas I've had in years. Now I just need to find somewhere that makes empanadas like Grams used to.
