When I came in, everyone was really friendly and helpful. I got the recommended ramen (the tonkotsu). The ingredients included were more simple than other ramens I've had, but man, I am not even mad about it! I'm pretty sure the broth was the best ramen broth I have ever had. Ever. It was so good. I would have eaten it without any noodles or eggs or meat, just straight broth it was that good. Though, the ingredients definitely added to it...especially the egg. It was cooked perfectly, very flavorful, and I loved that the yolk was still a little runny around the edges. Also, the food was ready really really fast, and the environment was relaxed and easy-going.
