I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Vietnamese restaurant. The pho tai was exceptional, featuring a generous bowl of broth and tender beef that practically melted with each bite, while the dim sum was cooked to order and perfect. The service was efficient, and I found the atmosphere interesting, making it clear that this establishment has come a long way from its previous incarnation.
