The service and food were exceptional, turning around what could have been a disappointing evening in the freezing cold. Despite the challenging situation with the large group and a single bartender, the food exceeded my expectations, from the flavorful wings to the moist grilled chicken sandwich. While the management could have been more attentive, the welcoming atmosphere and delicious offerings made for a relaxing experience after a long day.

The establishment provided satisfactory service and food during a chilly evening when I preferred to stay indoors. The extended operating hours until 10pm were convenient, and the comfortable seating arrangements and multiple televisions enhanced the overall experience. Despite initial doubts due to the less-than-ideal conditions of the Providence Hilton hotel, the unexpectedly delicious dishes, such as the wings, fries, chicken Caesar salad, and grilled chicken sandwich, pleasantly surprised me and my wife.
