Every time I hit Vegas and stay near the Linq, Virgil's BBQ calls my name with its smoky chicken that actually made me reconsider my BBQ chicken skepticism, plus ribs that fall off the bone like they're auditioning for a meat commercial. Sure, the brisket and cheddar grits missed the mark (dry and fake-cheese vibes, respectively), but with sides like crispy Brussels sprouts and a friendly, knowledgeable staff keeping the drinks flowing, it's a tasty pit stop that's worth a second round-just know what to order and what to skip!
