04/25/2022 - GInger has lost their luster for good food & service.
We have visited Ginger before on several occasions throughout the past few years and it was good. Now, they're pushing in and out people like cattle so quick. The waitress seem to be watching a stop watch as trying to a have date with my wife. My wife said, the Shrimp Pad Thai dish was slimy as in, it was over cooked. We consistently visit an really good Thai food place locally where we live. Ginger's Fried rice was (dry) even after I asked the waitress if would be dry before my ordering she assured me as if this had been a on going complaint. We'll she didn't hear anything spoke about the then. The fried rice was dry as a Vegas desert without the water. I advised the manager of the shrimp fried rice came by my table. He had the waitress give us two ice cream balls no bigger than 50 cent pieces to add to even more dry antacid digestive situation. He didn't think to rectified situation as a returning customer. The table next to seem to be complaining about their high dollar lobster order as well. Ginger's note Asia with authentic Chinese, Thai. The customer attentiveness service skills are lacking. Customer service should not be a cattle driver. The experience gets lost. It seems GInger has lost their luster for good food & service. Seems Ginger needs to either get with the old or new chef or get a new one.
Really disappointing as we had booked our reservations the month prior before our visit. GInger has lost their luster for good food & service.

One of the worst in taste and cost was $105 for two not worth it at all. Please think before you go....
