Proper Pig offered a buzzing atmosphere with mouthwatering dishes like pulled pork nachos and a hearty chef salad. The servers were attentive, the ambiance lively, making it the perfect spot to fuel up before heading to the Opera House for a show or movie, especially during a winter visit when other local eateries may be closed.
