The food here is incredible, with flavors that truly stand out, especially the brisket noodle soup and biang-biang noodles, which completely changed my perspective on Vietnamese cuisine. Despite minor issues like shrimp portions in the fried rice and occasional price increases, the deliciousness of the dishes makes it worth the visit, especially if you arrive early to avoid the crowds.
