We prefer not to dine at Teppan tables due to the sauces, but we love the sushi rolls and combos during lunch at this restaurant. The Jalapeño Bambs appetizer was a standout, and the overall experience was wonderful with great food, service, and attention to detail. I plan on returning thanks to the positive experiences I had with ordering takeout, explaining the menu, and enjoying delicious food in a welcoming environment.

The servers are fantastic. Most the staff is amazing. Management is horrible. Karen, the restaurant manager, is awful to her employees, if it isn't apparent enough. The hibachi chefs are horrible and sexually harass the waitresses and I've seen it. Hibachi should go because the food makes people sick, and they should get someone over there to review food health regulations. The environment is alright, sushi is great, but not worth even the first time. Also the hand soap is out in the men's restroom, you should check that. Make your employees wash their hands. Makes for good business and no illness.

Fuji Japanese Restaurant taste Amazing i Love it!!! very clean, Excellent customer service and fast and well cooked food. Great job!! :) My top favorite restaurant and my family loves to eat there also.
