Xevichez has consistently delivered delicious Mexican-Japanese fusion sushi since they opened in Sylmar, with standout rolls like the Hubbard, Dodgers, and aguachile. While the prices are a bit higher than other sushi options, the flavorful food, great soju, and refreshing margaritas make it worth the splurge despite occasional mixed service experiences.
