I usually get good service but today I went in and had to wait one hour for my burger and onion rings. When I got home I had 5 onion rings and nothing on my hamburger but the meat and it was supposed to be everything on a cheeseburger

I would give more stars but you let the people who ordered at the drive through block people who have call in orders...should tell them to go around

I was in there on Saturday June 27. 20. I realize that prices are higher but was apalled by the price gouging by this place. The sign said it would alter prices as the beef price changed, I ordered a 1/2 lb burger that is normally 6.99 but they added a 3.00 upcharge which is $6.00 a lb increase. Also the bun was dry and tough, meat had no flavor, tomatoes were the end pieces only and their was a scant amount of chopped onions. I was highly disappointed in the burgers. Will not be back.

hi bart iwas in your burger grind today april 6 2019 at 1137 pm I told an employee and showed her my burger was raw she offered me another burger but I did not want to wait for another yoyu never came to my table to ask if there was anything u could do you even served a customer behind me and never said anything to me that is poor customer service I spent 2100 dollars on food and got nothin to eat but French fries why couldn't u at least ask me what u could do maybe offer somethi ng anything I will not be back I have been coming to burgergrind since it opened need better customer service and better management
