Moving from the South to Utah made finding authentic BBQ a challenge, but the pulled pork here exceeded my expectations with juicy, flavorful meat and outstanding sides like creamy coleslaw and mac n cheese. The staff is always kind and attentive, ensuring fast service even during busy times, and the clean, casual environment makes for a pleasant dining experience. While the prices are a bit steep, the quality and taste of the BBQ, especially the brisket and hush puppies, make it worth the occasional splurge.
