Soul food like this is becoming rare, and I was thrilled to discover Ms. Stella's during my travels. I decided to try the pork neck bones and was blown away by the flavor, especially paired with the purple-hull peas and squash casserole. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, making it an unforgettable dining experience that reminded me of home-cooked meals shared with family.

This food is so good until it's addictive. I asked the cashier one day was it made with crack in it because I cannot get enough. The consistency is awesome! I promise you will be back time and time again!

You need to ask yourself- Are you ready for food done right? I am not from this area and came to visit a friend who has recently moved here. I am unsure if this is a town secret, but this business is special. There is attention to every food and flavor. I came looking for Soul food and this was the right place. Catfish, Turnip greens cooked proper, casserole dishes, fried okra, and gravy to smother it all was what is in the menu. I could not be happier with my choice, but this place should have a line out the door at all times of the year. It is not built to be a eat-in restaurant, it was made to pick up and eat with your family. Bring cash for tipping and be prepared to wait a few minutes while everything is prepared. It was worth the wait and I would say the hush puppies and catfish was one of the best I have ever had. Good job!!

the last time I was there about two or three weeks ago, I got dressings which was very dry. I'm thinking they have new cooks, it use to be very good.

Was my first visit, will be my last. Poor customer service. Person behind the counter was on their phone while customers waited. It took 10 minutes to orderWaited 15 minutes after we ordered to recieve mediocre food at best. Baked chicken was cooked to death. Not pleased at all
