Was pleasantly surprised to discover a spot serving delicious rolled ice cream here in City Island. Tried the oreo, mango strawberry, and green tea strawberry flavors, all of which were fantastic. Price is $7 each, cash only, with the option to add unlimited toppings. The froyo is also available, priced at 49 cents per ounce, but the rolled ice cream is definitely the highlight. The staff is friendly, and it's a great addition to the neighborhood, offering a taste of what's popular in Manhattan without the long wait.
