I have a soft spot for a local spot in Fairfield that serves up some delicious pierogies. The atmosphere is cozy with just a few tables and a counter, and the menu offers a variety of classic Polish dishes alongside different pierogi flavors. The kielbasa was a pleasant surprise, grilled to perfection and bursting with flavor. Despite a slight wait for our meals, the friendly staff and fantastic food made the experience well worth it.
