I'm in Orlando for work all week and discovered this hidden sushi gem that I couldn't resist visiting every night. Chef Mike impressed me with his custom sushi rolls made to order with the freshest fish. The dynamite volcano roll suggested by the bartender was bursting with flavor and utterly delicious. I'll definitely be back for more sushi adventures during my stay!
