Caffe Central in downtown SF is a solid choice for a quick bite. I grabbed the Avocado Egg Toast and a delicious Napoleon, which was perfectly flaky. The atmosphere was clean and modern, plus they've got a great selection of coffee and pastries to keep things interesting!
