Howdy's has reopened in the new Whole Foods shopping center in Malibu, and it continues to serve some of the best Mexican food around. The friendly staff remembers regulars like me, and I can't get enough of their chicken enchiladas with mole sauce-definitely a must-try if you appreciate fresh, organic ingredients.
