We ordered make at home 4 pack and the food came all frozen. The pictures showed cooked food. We thought we would get cooked food and and would put our choice of condiments. ( nowhere on the website phone does it say the food is uncooked frozen in the bag. ) When we called we were told that it says needs cooking. But it just says make at home. There should be a disclaimer . We were first time smash burger customers. And will most likely not go back. It seems weird to get frozen fast food they told us we could get a refund but we felt like we were in the wrong and did not want to go back. Very disappointed.
