Cathy's in the Morning has everything you want for breakfast, and the food is consistently delicious. My wife and I loved our meal, especially the onion sausage and Western omelet, and even though the service was a bit slow, it was totally worth the wait!

I was working in the prosperity area for a week. Food places are limited so I found Cathy's as a breakfast spot to stop in before work. The entire week I ordered the same exact sandwich every morning. On that Friday, I called in to let them know they left off the cheese today. The manager came on the phone with the rudest attitude. her solution to their mistake was "ill just make you a new damn sandwich". I was so shocked that she actually used profanity and didn't even apologize for the mistake after I've eaten there every morning for a week straight. the taste of the food is not worth the bad customer service. will not be back next time I visit prosperity.
