If you're in Henderson, definitely check out Hi-Coffee Cafe; it's worth the trip! The owner is super friendly and even made us a breakfast sandwich after hours, plus their Kona coffee is fantastic and hard to find elsewhere. The cozy vibe and delicious pastries really make it a great spot to relax and enjoy some downtime.
