Natural Start started out ok however the small amount of success has drastically caused them to change their attitudes! The staff is rude mean and nasty to people for absolutley no reason at all. They don't know how to talk to people and they are basically disrespecting the main people that's actually trying to support them. As a college Educated Black man and Business owner myself I know the power of my hard earned green dollars. We work to hard for our money to go spend it where your own people have little or no respect for you. "NATURAL START" is not the chicken place around. After my experience I was so applauded I shared my experience with a few others only to find out they to had similar experiences and even described some of the staff to a tee. Wake up people I walked out of the store! Their is nothing in that store that I want to eat that much that I'm willing to give up my dignity and respect for. If you keep spending your money there your telling it's ok to disrespect you or the next customer! Share you experience get the word out they will get the message I will never ever step foot inside that place again! What ever Happen to Respect and One Love?

Great Caribbean food and soul food. Great chicken, love the wings. love that they have grits too!!
