My first visit to AMP 16 during the soft opening left me impressed with their delicious fish, shrimp, and sides. The fish was perfectly seasoned and the sides were bomb! The sauce was a bit different, but I was intrigued to try more from Andres' food truck, which did not disappoint with a sauce more to my liking. The Grand Opening at AMP in Indy may not have been grand, but the Seafood Boil from Andres BBQ was definitely a standout with its well-balanced sauce, tasty sausage, and plentiful shrimp. The wait might be long for some, but the food is worth it, and I can't wait to go back and try more from this seriously good food truck!
