The food cart scene in downtown Blue River is really coming back after that fire, and this colorful little spot is a must-try. I loved the turkey Ruben sandwich, and the slaw was just right-not too sweet and super light. Plus, the outdoor seating by the river is perfect for a chill lunch after hiking!
