I had a frustrating experience when the bottle machine wouldn't accept the bottles we bought, so we went to the service desk for help. After a long wait, an employee finally approached and told us to just throw the bottles away instead of refunding them, despite Michigan law saying otherwise. Luckily, the next day, the store manager called to apologize and assured me he would address the issue with the employee, which really impressed me.

Sue is very rude the food is on the shelf a long time. there so rude they may make your day worse.Think about going 15 minutes to petoskey and shop there. Save a little money,and stay away from negative energy! To bad your store is going down hill so fast. Just be nice people times are tough for most people.
