Nicole is hands down the kindest and most attentive server I've encountered in Tyler, TX-always personable and making the experience enjoyable. The food is delicious with huge portions, the hibachi chefs provide great entertainment, and the lively atmosphere feels like a big city, perfect for a birthday dinner, date, or lunch meeting.

As I walked in there was trash on the floors/ receipts I guess.. 4 pieces and a lime on the floor by the couch.
Bathrooms were unkept in the women's restroom.Trash was overfilling in stall. No toilet paper on the rolls except for the one sitting on the floor.
No manager in sight.
We waited 30 minutes for Hibatchi"¦. Not a problem.
But when we checked back in the girl up front said.. oh I was about to seat you"¦ ( a party of 2).. we then waited ANOTHER 20 minutes 🤷🏻"â™€ï¸.
FINALLY got to a grill with everyone finished with their meals .
Happy birthday to me I guess
