Last night, there was a pop-up event at Fatlace Paddock in San Mateo for this awesome coffee truck. The line was incredibly long, but luckily we arrived early and got to enjoy the Cold Brew Horchata without waiting. The Horchata was absolutely delicious, even for someone like me who doesn't typically drink coffee. If you spot this coffee truck around, make sure to check them out for a fantastic caffeine fix and a great time at the coolest barber shop.
