The pollo saltado here has been one of my all-time favorites since the 90s, and every visit satisfies my craving for authentic Peruvian flavors. Martita, the friendly waitress who always remembers my order, makes the experience even better with her warm smile, while the cozy, relaxed atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a long day.
