The Aji de Gallina here reminds me of my grandmother's cooking, offering a warm embrace with each bite. The food is incredibly delicious and made fresh to order, like the lomo saltado with noodles that really hit the spot. While the service can be a bit slow, the family-run atmosphere and authentic flavors make every wait worthwhile-especially if you can snag the fried rice and barbecue pork when they're available.
