My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Aloft in Downtown Cleveland, especially at the W XYZ bar. Phil, the bartender, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home during our visits for drinks. The ambiance, great cocktail selection, and unique offerings like gourmet grilled cheese make it a refreshing alternative to typical bars in the area.
