First called to see when store opened. Person answered phone as if they were picking up a call from home with a " hello". I then asked if I was calling Hurts and the guy saud yes. Asked what time they opened and he relied that " we are open now" I said thank you and he relied with " yep". So once I arrived ( only my fust visit) I had to call back to kitchen for help. Half display if that was full. Donuts were hard and dry. I probably got the old batch. Was NOT impressed.
