The food truck run by Chef Alex was a pleasant surprise amidst the sea of kabob trucks in DC. I opted for a different experience by choosing their tacos, which turned out to be tasty but lacking a key ingredient. Despite this, the friendly service and quick food delivery made me consider returning for another visit. The location near the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum added to the overall positive experience of trying out Chef Alex's offerings.
