I really like this place because of the delicious bagels, which I think are the best in the Lehigh Valley. The young ladies who work here could be a bit more friendly, but it's not a deal-breaker for me. The variety of bagels and other options, along with the clean establishment and quick service, keep me coming back whenever I'm in town.

This place is ridiculous! Super slow there will be at least 6-7 workers behind the counter but it doesn't matter the wait is still 30+ mins. What really bothers me are two things
1. Owner is a nasty SOB
2. They make the eggs in non microwaveable plastic containers which is not the way you should make eggs nor is it safe for customers. It's sad when you see a business doing well and the owners are unappreciative and don't show respect.

The owner is a vile and disgusting person! On a Sunday picking up for Grub Hub he had people waiting over 35 mins for orders that were already previously called in. There's zero excuse for bagel sandwiches taking that long. There was a man before me waiting even longer for his grub hub order and when he questioned the employee the owner said "this isn't "F" rocket science! He said this with a couple of young children in ear shot of him. I said "watch your mouth there's little kids" he replies " if you don't like it then leave" if you own a food business and get that angry and use vile language towards your customers then you shouldn't be in business. Trust me I have witnesses that saw and heard everything. I have never seen any business owner act like this. Trust me I will put this on blast! PS Then tells me he doesn't give a sh-t if he loses customers.
