The service provided by the staff has consistently been exceptional, ensuring that I receive my ice promptly whenever I visit. Despite the shift away from dock sales, they accommodated my needs by setting up an account for me, making it convenient to obtain ice without having to go out of my way. While some may find Steve a bit grumpy, overall, my interactions with everyone at the company have been positive and I would gladly suggest their services to others.
