Great food, delicious margaritas, friendly service, and a lively atmosphere make Crazy Cactus in OB my favorite spot for casual Mexican dining, despite the mandatory gratuity and occasional loud music.

On February 16 around 7:45p, I called Crazy Cactus to place a order for pick-up. I told the guy I wanted a Steak Burrito No Beans. He then asked did I want the cheese poured on the burrito or on the side. I told him that I would like to have the cheese sauce on the side and I emphasied that I did not want beans. They gave me a burrito with just tortilla and meat. I called the manager to tell him and he told me that people order their burritos as such and I should have told the guy taking my order what burrito I wanted. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I eat at this place a few times a month. But just for his poor attitude and his lack of response to fix the issue, I DEFINETLY WILL NOT ORDER THERE AGAIN.

I love going there to eat, drink beer and talk with the servers
we always have a great time and delicious food
