Flying all the way from California was completely worth it for 400 Degrees' hot chicken, which stands out as the best I've ever tasted. The flavor hits just right with a perfect balance of spice and sweetness, and the chicken itself is juicy and tender, unlike anything else in Nashville. The friendly staff, including owner Aqui, made the experience even better, and I can't wait to see if a Los Angeles location opens up someday.
