Leiane's bakery is my go-to for fresh and delicious treats, especially the bagel/egg sandwiches and amazing donuts. The owner is super friendly and always makes the experience enjoyable, plus I've never been disappointed with any of the specialty cakes we've ordered for celebrations.

I was born in Northampton across the tracks from the Hellertown bakery in Northampton . I came from a family of 18 . We were treated to the goods from the bakery at least 2 times a week . As my memories serve me , my favorite were the cream filled powered donuts . I would kill today to have one . And the Cheesecake was just out of this world . This was my mothers favorite which she treated herself to just once in a while when we could afford it because of the expense of it , but certainly well worth it . I just by chance was offered by my mother a bite of hers one day . Oh my lord,I thought how could she of keep this delicious piece of cake from us all these years . So you see Mothers do know what is the best for you , but sometimes just keeps it a secrete .The reason for this review is , is that recipe used 50 yrs ago still available , and does the Hellertown bakery still use it Signed CRAVING
