Memo Taco Truck on Gerber Road consistently delivers fresh, flavorful food with generous portions of meat and perfectly cooked grilled onions and chiles. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable, whether for a quick bite or catering a large event. Their birria tacos, tripas burritos, and marinated pork are some of the best I've tasted in Sacramento, all at very reasonable prices.

Memo Taco Truck consistently delivers outstanding food and service on Gerber Road, with a great selection including their delicious birria tacos. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair, and I always leave satisfied with generous portions and perfectly cooked ingredients.
