Fuji Hana has a friendly staff and quick service, with a wide variety of sushi and Japanese dishes that I enjoy, especially the shrimp tempura and inari poke bowls. While some items like the crab wontons and sushi rice wrapping were disappointing at times, the overall experience with polite servers and good food makes me want to return.

I've been a fan of Fuji Hana since I was a kid, the sushi and service have always been great. However, the sushi rolls were a bit messy and the crab wontons were lacking in filling. Despite that, the service was outstanding and the variety of menu options was impressive.
