This taco truck specializes in tacos al pastor, which are simply incredible, especially with the addition of pineapple. The self-serve sauce and radish bar makes customizing each taco enjoyable, and I always find the service to be quick and friendly. The prices are very reasonable, and the carne asada and crispy tripas are among the best I've had in the area.
