Even on New Year's Eve my lunch order was delivered fast and the food was delicious!

I've been a customer of here for years. The only issue I ever has is that the girl at the front desk acts like she has no idea WTF is going on. EVER! I ordered at 6:03 and called to check on the order at 6:50 - she said it was done and ready. She then proceeded to tell me she had no idea when it would be delivered. I asked if the food would still be hot when it got here and she said she didn't know. WHATTTTTT??! You don't know?!
