We had a party of 12 for dinner on a Saturday night. There were lots of empty tables so the place wasn't that busy. We waited too long to get our order taken and then longer for our drinks to arrive. At least 3 of the drinks were wrong. There were long delays in making corrections. Our food took about an average amount of time coming out. However, my order was wrong. I ordered the club sandwich with no mayo and it definately had mayo on it. When I approached the server about it, she started making excuses about how busy she was and I simply told her to tell it to her manager. She went to the manager and he did come over to our table. Long story shorter, I did get the correct sandwich without mayo, which BTW, the bacon on it was all that had to be cooked. By the time the manager brought out my sandwich, EVERYONE else at the table had finished eating. He took my sandwich off of the bill and gave us a coupon to use on our next visit. Our bill was still over $20 and we were charged gratuity on the entire bill. Something I clearly did not get as my drink and food order was wrong. I wish I could say that at least the food was good. However, I can't say that. Several people at work had told my husband how bad their experience was at the taproom. Now we know too. We won't be back.
