While traveling to Vegas, I discovered a single restaurant called Asian Food Center that serves authentic Taiwanese dishes like potstickers, braised beef soup, and crispy pork chops, along with bubble tea and other Asian snacks. The service was prompt, the atmosphere bright and friendly, and the food flavorful, making it a convenient and satisfying stop near the freeway.
