Located on the 32nd floor of the Hilton Cleveland Downtown, this bar offers breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Erie and the city skyline, creating a relaxed, chill atmosphere perfect for enjoying cocktails and small plates. The friendly and attentive staff enhance the experience, though service can be a bit slow at times, and while the food is tasty, the drink prices are on the higher side.
