Visiting Cows Rock with my kids is always enjoyable because of the friendly staff, great menu with plenty of flavors, convenient walk-up window, indoor and outdoor seating, and the care shown by the women-owned local business under new ownership, offering delicious Richardson's ice cream, tasty food, handicapped access, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes me want to return often.
